 We will be a Sovereign Nation on the North American continent, recognized and backed by the United Indigenous Nations, with the support of 143 Nation of the United Nations.

 It means that no country of the world will have jurisdiction over us, including any of the states (including South Dakota), or Federal government of the United States. We will live and abide by our own laws and be subject only to our own judicial system and courts. All state and federal courts including the United States Supreme Court do not have jurisdiction over us.

 All court actions against us will have to go through our courts only. When the Traditional Tribal Government takes control we will be able to work to get our Treaty Rights Restored with the help of both the United Nations and the United Indigenous Nations. We will be dealing with all nations on Nation to Nation bases as recognized by both U.S. federal laws and International Law.

 If any tribal member or land owners choose to lease their lands the going market rate will be at $24.00 to $30.00 per acre instead of the $3.00 per acre currently collected by the BIA. The rate that the Immigrants get paid is at least eight times of that paid to the Indigenous owners.  

 We are gathering the required signatures to call for a Referendum. When the voting takes place representatives from the International community will be here to help and oversee the    Referendum to certify and validate the vote. 

 Currently we need approximately1000 votes to call for this Referendum
